Our juniors section holds sessions once a week at our club headquarters, Selby Rugby Union Club down Sandhill Lane.

The minimum age for joining us is 9 years old, and we coach youngsters up to the age of 17 years old.

Our session on Wednesday are devote to strength and conditioning, sprinting, middle and long distance run training.

We encourage the youngsters to take part in track & field athletics in the summer, cross-country races in the winter, and parkruns throughout the year.
